  • What type of Whey do you use?

    I only use an WPI never have liked anything else

    currently I have:
    1 5lb MRM whey ( i hate this stuff, only use it for protein bars)
    3 2lb cherry I-pro
    1 2lb green apple gf-pro
    1 2lb green apple I-pro
    2lb TP custom blend (1 green apple, 1 orange creame, and 1 chocolate - BSL flavors)
    1 2lb watermelon substance WPI
    1 2lb xtreme formations ultra peptide
    & to top it all off, i have about 250 cans of tuna as well, lol.

              Really. I Mix it with about 20oz of milk and its tastes good. But like I said, I am a simple man and easily pleased.

                Redback 8kg WPI/WPC 50/50 combo usually with skim milk
                i go through so much milk its almost stoopid

                Pre Workout (30 mins) 2 x scoops PW + ICE (plus extra goodies)
                During Workout - 1 x scoop All-In-One + ICE (plus extra goodies)

                    the term bulking and cutting are used too often....

                    take sephor4x or whatever the damn name is,

                    bulk from 78-80kg then cuts 80-77kgs. the bulks from 77kg - 81 then cuts from 81 - 78kg i mean dude your 6ft 4 weight 170lbs you aint bulking shit!!!

                    unless you in competition there shouldnt be a bulking or cutting phase, shpould just be a body conditioning phase - which should take years, shouldnt change on what "free" supps you happen to get.

                              Exactly true man. Im glad im not the only one who thinks like this. I was just asking coz i saw u use Redbak 50/50. I figured it was the 50/50 weight gainer? I guess im wrong... 50/50 WPI/WPC sounds more like it.

                              I use Top Nutrition, and distribute it if ur interested
