    Hello ladies and gents!

    You see, I don't like to have cheat days, so when I have the urge to eat something unhealthy(but soooo full of flavour!!!), I instead whip up a protein shake with a flavour explosion! Please feel free to post your recipe's here!

    My all time favourite:
    • Two scoops ON 100% Whey Gold Standard Vanilla ice cream flavour
    • A couple of frozen strawberries
    • a handful of frozen blueberries
    • 1 banana
    • 2 cups of water


    Whip that up in a blender and OH GOD I AM IN HEAVEN!
    Failure is only a word. I don't plan on giving it meaning

      sometimes i mix this together:

      vanilla protein
      oatmeal
      maple syrup
      peanut butter

        Oooh maple syrup, never thought about that.

        I was gonna throw in some honey for my post w/o shake, but after digging for a few minutes realized we didnt have any.

        Anyone ever thrown in some honey in a shake?

          Its wonderful. Honey is great on everything, shakes, oatmeal, women, everything.
          Dont ask for a light load, Ask for a strong back,and also some huge biceps while your asking.

            Honey is a great addition to a shake. It adds to flavor without compromising it's nutritional integrity. Those bees sure know what they're doing...

                1 1/2 scoops of GF-Pro Blueberry Madness
                1 cup mixed frozen berries
                1/2 cup of oats

                The frozen berries make the shake really nice and thick great after a long workout

                    y not add milk and or ice cream and its even better

                      a good *cheat* meal is a big chunk of anabolic innovations cookie mix... that curbs my cravings. and since i drink like 2-3 cups of milk with it, it makes a good addition to a mass meal.

                      i never do any extravagant protein shakes.... i refuse to clean any blender.

                          best ive done is add like 2 weightgainer strawberry, vanilla or choc

                          withlike 1-2 protein scoops of most likely van or choc

                          added some creatine and glut and thats as fancy as i ever got

                          i love the idea of oatmeal in shake but dont see how it works... cook it then put it in? or just put oats in dry.. i also dont have a oat grinder aka coffee grinder and never tried steel oats

                          any advice would rock

                          lately ive been just making oatmeal in morining putting 2 scoops choc protein in container mixing around and eating it slowly allday with most of it after my workout in evening

                          with my oatmeal i usually do honey.. but we havent had any in months so it syrup and a alittle milk

                            Here is a great one that I used to make when I was bulking:

                            1 scoop ON's Chocolate whey
                            1 cup skim milk
                            2 tbls natural peanut butter
                            4 oz cottage cheese

                            Blend it all up and it tastes like a reeses shake
