hey new to the forum, been useing the gb/wb stack with fair results so far. I just wanted to know when to eat and than when to take the pills pre-workout?
I work 7-3 every day, get home at say 4 PM. My last meal i eat is at arround 12 PM. I usually take the gb/wb at 4PM when I get home. I drink a shake and leave my house at 5 pm to begin working out. I find my strength is diminished because I havent aten in 5ish hours.. Can someone offer an alternative to this current schedule?
P.S. wish they had glycergrow and purple wrath in canada
