On non-workout days, would taking 1/2 a dose be effective, or does a full dose need to be taken to be completely effective? I've heard about the acne increase while taking a test booster, so I'm just thinking of a way to potentially cut that down. Thanks.

I had a breakout with acne when I started another cycle of BU ... I increased my water intake to over 2 gallons and it's clearing up after the first week with a full dose on off days ... the increase in water was the only change that I made so it's either clearing up because of that or the first week was just my body reacting to it....jdouchebag for president
