    I will be stacking green buldge and white blodd when iam doen my h-blocker/ce-xl stack and was wondering shoudl i take the white blook before bed ive seen many logs on it with good results

    I would experiment... try taking it pre-workout and see how you like it. Most respond within a week or two (some respond to the first dose - yes it's possible).

    If you don't respond well taking it pre-workout, definately take it pre-bed.

      Yea ditto to what PU said. I started off taking it before bed and after about 2weeks didnt feel much difference, so I started taking it about 30 min pre workout and immediately I could feel the difference. I guess it just depends on the individual.

        if your into pumps then preworkout. if you are looking for some size gains and dont mind potential hormonal sides then prebed is good shiat. (oh wait this is my board, I can curse oops)

          I took white blood preworkout during my anagen review (can be found on bb.com - search jd's anagen)

          if i could redo it, i would def take it PM.. the pumps are cool and all, but i would def of taken increased gains over pumps!

            I began using my bottle of White Blood preworkout only, but after hearing some of the reviews about White Blood at night, I finished off the rest of the bottle taking a dose preworkout and a dose before bed and it worked very well. I noticed enhanced recovery the mornings after workouts and I was looking "fuller" more often in the mirror.

                I have been running w/b in the PM and have noticed a more restfull sleep, which i would imagine is helping with recovery. Currently training wsb so doms is something i try to lessen with recovery supps.

                  JUST COS YOU DONT FEEL IT,
                  DOESNT MEAN ITS NOT WORKIN


                  WB is great preworkout, if you want pumps. imo, pumps aint sht in the long run. WB will be solely pre-bed for me from now on

                    I agree with the above post, but If you want to feel nice pumps during your workout and also get good gains, then i suggest that if you can afford it, get glycergrow and take GG pre workout and WB pre bed

                          Same hormonal sides that you see with any other PH inhibitor. I'd say it's comparable to ZMA in terms of sides. I actually noticed none at all, but my friend got a little bit of acne for a bit... he's acne prone so that's all that I could find in real life.

                          White blood before bed's intense. I take ZMA before bed, melatonin (I cycle it every few weeks... and wake up at 4am for work) and took white blood a few times. MAN! I was conked RIGHT out. I had the most amazingly lucid, terrifying dreams ever. In a weird way I kinda like the nightmares. It makes me know that I'm dreaming and sleeping as deep and efficiently as possible.

                          I've waken up in absolutely terror, sometimes screaming according to my gf only to look at the clock and see that I slept for 1.5-2 hours! WHAT!?!?!?! That felt like the most restful sleep ever! Then I close my eyes and go right back to bed for the most awesome sleep I've ever had.

                          If I wasn't abstaining from most supplements right now, then I'd definitely start toggling white blood usage pre workout and before bed.
