    I was thinking of getting some PW, based on the great reviews. Can it be taken pre/during cardio also? THANKS

    For an added boost I would see why not also the EAA/BCCA's would be pretty benificial during cardio

      Definately... it's awesome for during cardio... and that isn't just my opinion... that's based on the science AND on the anecdotal feedback coming in so far.

      Summary:
      Those that have tried it pre / during cardio are LOVING it so far.

        I take that and GG pre-cardio, 4.5 mile run, 2-3 times per week and it's great, really helps my focus and keeps the blood flowing

          It is great pre/suring cardio, I take it before I go moutain biking and really gives me that extra boost and recovery. Great recovery between hils and times of exertion.

          Has anyone tried it while doing HIIT?

            id take it during / pre anything......sports, liftin, cardio, sex, movies, shopping, driving, ect lol

              i do 2.5 scoops in a 2 liter bottle on cardio days
              i drink half on the drive to the gym and the rest well doing cardio
              it def helps energy levels plus it makes me feel more confident that i wont risk losing muscle from takin in the eaas

                      Jus kind of curious as since it does that for workouts and moutain biking. I am planning on starting sprinting next month for a cardio option.

                        I find that Purple Wraath helps greatly for recovery during HIIT. It really is an all around phenomenal product!

                            just for that extra kick, add some BULK Cit malate, or splash out on some MAN Body Octane to accompany your Purple Wraath, you wont be dissapointed....

                              I'm going back and forth between PW and Xtend... they are similar in some ways and different in others. Has anyone had the chance to compare them?

                              I have always been a fan of CL and their supplements always seem to benefit me outside of lifting as well. My personal favorites are the bedroom benefits of WB (hehe) and the insane running endurance I had while taking GG despite not having run for probably 6 months.
